Emails

The email is almost the most important way for communication in daily life. I talked with professors, friends and other people via email every day. As my advisor is very busy and he has a lot of stuff to deal with, we talked about most of my research through email and usually in an informal way. The email notifier tells me what's going on in the inbox from time to time, so email is nearly an immediate messager and I won't miss some important information. Email is not only for mails transmission now, and it also provides a lot of other functionalities, such as calindar, blogger and etc. We can do a lot of fancy stuff on email system.
